Ray Clippinger, Alliance Ohio

Ray made a special group of lures for his nephew, Dr. Miller, after WWI. Dr. Millers parents discouraged him from his friendship due to Rays problems with alcohol. So, there must have been a special relationship between the two.  Thanks to Dick Wilson for adding these to my collection.
