Frank Young Folk Art
These lures were made by Frank Young, Mt. Vernon, MO. The lures were made from the 1950s and 60s. He lived accross the street from Judge Seneker who made the Judge's Jawbreaker lure. Young was an avid flyfisherman. He passed away in 1993 at the age of 90. Thanks to Dean Murphy for this history about Frank.
